Local Use: Neighborli is intended for use within local communities. You agree to use the Service only in geographical areas where you reside or are physically present.
Lender Obligations: Lenders must accurately describe items, including any defects or safety concerns. Lenders should not share items that are known to be broken, recalled, or dangerous.
Borrower Obligations: Borrowers agree to use items only for their intended purpose, to use them safely (including wearing proper protective gear), and to return them in the same condition as received.
Consumables: Unless otherwise agreed, Borrowers are responsible for providing their own consumables (e.g., fuel, sandpaper, drill bits).
Community Sharing: Basic peer-to-peer sharing on Neighborli is free.
Advertiser Portal: Neighborli may display "Local Matches" or sponsored content from third-party advertisers. These are governed by our Privacy Policy regarding Intent-Based Matching.
Third-Party Links: Neighborli is not responsible for the products or services offered by third-party advertisers.
Neighborli is not a party to any agreement between users.
Neighborli has no control over the conduct of Lenders, Borrowers, or other users of the service, and disclaims all liability in this regard to the maximum extent permitted by law.

No Agency: No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Neighborli as a result of your use of the Service.
